I had the pleasure of taking an excellent 3.0 hour SHORTSALE COURSE at our recent IAR convention at Keystone Crossing. Marki Lemons was the instructor and she is interesed in making a presentation to our board to teach A class in our MIBOR CE CURRICULUM, particularly SHORTSALES and FORECLOSURES.  As I do shortsales on daily basis, I found that this was by far one of the best shortsale CE classed I have taken.  Marki Lemons comprehensively presented the materials in a concise, succinct and user friendly format, and she stayed on point, covering all goals of the class overview.  -TR
