AC Clinton
AC Clinton has been in the mortgage industry for over 5 years and started investing in real estate shortly thereafter. She is a licensed loan originator with Legend Mortgage Company. In 2008, she founded the Real Money Talks, a blog that seeks to educate others about money, investing and weath creation. In addition she is a contrubuting writer for Invest With Passion. AC is a visionary who believes that ownership is key to financial independence.
Freddie Taylor
Freddie Taylor is a licensed appraisal, entrepreneur and investor. In 2003, he opened his real estate appraisal business and continues to operate it today. In 2005, he founded Invest With Passion, a real estate investor’s resource center that provides practical and useful information. He just released an ebook entitled, Picking Comps that explains the process used to value real estate. His motto is “Thought is Possibility” - for all things are possible. First in the Mind, then in Reality. It is a lifestyle that dwells with him constantly and everyday he works to empower himself and those around him in the pursuit of happiness.
